Burger King - Ward County

They just reopened after a remodeling. Food was good and the dining room was open. They were still doing some finishing work.

Three workers… not good service at all!! Waited at the window to order for about 5m before something was said. Sounded like they were really lazy, a lot of procrastination. More happened but yeah, work on getting a more enthusiastic staff.

Coming to the conclusion that the owner of this BK hates money. No other explanation as to why they're never open. You could be cleaning up on this base.

Food is fair, but the hours and service are the worst I have ever seen. They open/close whenever they feel like it. The lobby is open one day, closed the other. There is no notice as to when they will close or open randomly on a daily basis. They are not open for breakfast on the weekend. They close at 5pm on weekdays......right when people get off from work. My question is, why are they even on this base? Get someone on here that wants to be open and serve food.

Literally never open. How are you going to close at 5 when most people don’t even get off work until then? Like yeah, sure, lunch rush, but most people end up at the BX anyway. Food’s good when I do manage to get any.
