Bone's Bbq Smokehouse Grill - Minot

Wow, oh wow, we were really energized about finding this bbq joint. I have to say we were really disappointed. We did the two meat sampler with two sides, the chicken was dry and we were pulling bones from our mouth, the pork was also dry. Glad for their sauce, made it edible, potato salad was too mayonnaise, and coleslaw too sweet, definitely won't recommend them or go back Service: Take out

I visited Bones earlier today and the food was absolutely amazing, blew me away. It’s the best smokehouse I’ve visited in a very long time especially due to covid. I live in a rural area and the drive is definitely worth it for this food! The service is immaculate and my server Ciara was amazingly attentive! I never had to wait for anything because she was very aware of everyone that needed service. If you’re looking for some greatly smoked brisket and a Caesar made from a movie I’d visit Bones in Minot! A great experience.

Went and tried the rib and brisket plate and also a chocolate milkshake. The ribs were dry and tough, the brisket wasn’t much better. The 8$ chocolate milkshake wasn’t even drinkable, it has a bad after taste that hurts me and my friends stomach. Will not recommend this place to anyone.
