Little Blue Elephant - Minot

This place is delightful. A neat, downtown Thai place that has excellent food. The service is prompt and polite, and the menu has a decent amount of variety. They don't always have sushi, but when they do it is good.

Have eaten here several times and will again in the future. Don't listen to claims that this place is terrible or about how it doesn't compare to someones experience at other ethnic restaurants in big cities. This place wont blow you away with amazing food or an awesome experience. It is interestingly decorated (although the chairs and tables are cheap), the food is good and the prices are fair. Yes you're going to pay about $15 for a roll if you order sushi and this should not be surprising, they are decent sized rolls however. You're eating in Minot, keep your expectations low and enjoy the good food.

I moved from a multicultural city with a vibrant Asian cuisine. Until stopping in 'Minot ' and eating here I would have gone on record to say that North Dakota has NO good Asian food. Not any more. This place was every bit as flavor packed as the places we left behind. Not as fancy, but excellent food prepared in accordance of the culture. Well done. I 'll return again here.

Zero frills, very authentic and well hidden away. This restaurant fulfilled everything I hoped it would with my Red Curry dinner. My mouth is pleasantly on fire with the Thai Spice option, but not overwhelmed to the point of missing the delicious coconut curry flavor. I definitely would recommend this spot to anyone searching for a good meal. My server was also very attentive and she topped off the experience with her great attitude. 10/10
