Taco Bell - Savannah

I've eaten from this location 3 times, and all 3 times there was food missing from my order, or the wrong items in the order (always of lesser value), or both.Whoever does the hiring at this location, should be fired.I just feel bad for the associates who actually do their jobs properly here, because the ones that don't, they give the whole store a bad wrap.

Taco Bell in Savannah, GA on Ogeechee Rd. has THEE WORST customer service!! Theemployees got my Simple orderwrong. Told me to pull up to the frontdoor which I did and I sat there forabout 7 minutes only for nobody tocome outside to speak with me in regards to correcting my order. So I finally went backthrough the line and the employee handed me a drink for my inconvenience which didn 'thave the lid on tight and it exploded allinside my car and on my clothes.The employee gave me a crazy lookand told me to hold tight while he gothis manager. The manager walked pastthe window several times, looked at mewaiting and intentionally ignored meuntil I eventually pulled off. Bottom line, the issue was never resolved. This is store# 035296. The Manager and staff need additional training on how to provide quality customer service and also how to read their monitor correctly when orders come in.

Most of the time, I have an OK or good experience at this location, but I'm sorry to have to leave a 1 star from the experience I had tonight. When I arrived at the window, the attendant informed me that my entire order was given to the customer in front of me! But that's not all. I waited patiently for the remake to find that 0 out of 3 tacos had the correct requested ingredients and one of the items was completely missing!

Horrible service! Takes over 30 minutes to get food. Workers on phone entire time. Will not be coming back

When employees don't show up to work, it makes it hard for everyone. But it would help if those that did show up, smiled. We all understand that since Covid, Fast Food is now Slow Food. But help yourself and help customers...smile!
