Burger King - Savannah

I ordered two "OCS for $10" meals at this restaurant. I was the second car in line and noticed a lady behind me waiting for 10 minutes just to get her coke. One of my chicken sandwiches was round, topped with salad, tomato, ketchup, and onions, with a meat patty. It was quite hard, similar to a Whopper. The fries were not fresh - they were warm but not hot, and seemed to have been sitting under the sandwich rounds for a while.

We were in our RV, 9 feet 6 inches tall, and had been through four drive-thru lanes before reaching the ordering speaker. An employee came out to tell us we hadn't left enough space. We had to drive closer to the speaker, but still couldn't communicate properly. I had to step out of the RV to talk to the same woman! Meanwhile, my husband had to drive away from the awning next to me. People in cars seemed to be enjoying the outdoor screen. I finally received our food and went back to where my husband had parked. The food was tasty, but it took a while to get our order sorted out.

I tried to visit the Abercorn location, which was supposed to open at 7:00 AM but was still closed. They finally opened at 8:00 AM but it took them 10 minutes to get things started. There was only a sign on the intercom instructing customers to go to the second window to place an order. After waiting in line behind 3 cars for 15 minutes, I was finally able to place my order. This all happened on a Sunday morning.

So often we overlook the bad (very bad) preparation of fast food. Sandwiches are badly prepared for fast service. In the time you drive away and find that you are eating most of the day before prepared for the consumer. Unsatisfied best
