Chipotle Mexican Grill - Reynoldsburg

I swear their rice cooker only works part time.I just left there ordering a salad bowl with white rice and the rice is like plastic. Very disappointing but at least they had vinegarette this time ? but I still don’t understand why I have to pay for an extra vinegarette, if they are only 1/4 filled. If you filled the container half or more then I would not need to pay for another

This I would say for a while was one of the best chipotles within the area. I don’t like the one on Tussing so between this location and Pickerington I bounce between the two. However tonight the service was HORRIBLE! The young lady was rude, I had several orders I couldn’t finish one order before being rushed to get to the next. When I asked the young lady that I was still adding on, she seemed frustrated. I truly think that customer service is something that needs to truly be taught. I will say the young lady that cashed me out was more pleasant. But it takes a team and proper management to make things run smoothly for not only the customer but employees. This is my last time at this location.

The moment we walked in, I could tell the employees were not in a good mood. I'm sure they had a rough day, but the lack of customer service is horrible. The food was okay, it just seemed like no one cared. I hope they get it together soon. Used to be a good spot.

The chicken al pastor ??and the chips are stale. I took them back and they told me they’re all under cooked. Then why are they still selling them.
