Mcdonald's - Pendle

Very slow service again. Just 2 latte's ordered in advance on the app....waited at the counter for over 10 minutes when asked about the delay the frosty faced manageress couldn't even apologise never mind smile. Who puts someone like that in charge? Gregg's was closed otherwise we always go there now... much quicker service, nicer coffee and very friendly staff

This is without a doubt the worst McDonald’s in the UK. Shocking, orders wrong more often than not, staff couldn’t care less (can’t blame them I suppose). Managers couldn’t care either about any concerns. Guaranteed to park you up for something as little as a happy meal. Coffees half full. McFlurrys half full. Cold food. Wrong food. Always slow. Always park you up for their stats. Refuse and wait at window. Make you wait outside for 15+ mins. Don’t bother with these jokers

This was undeniably the worst experience I’ve ever had. atrocious 25 mins after I ordered my food was delivered cold ? WTF Taken as takeaway couldn’t be bothered to go back hope the sheep could eat it as I certainly couldn’t . 22 pound coins thrown out of my window would have given me more pleasure Just seen that 31/60 reviews have rated you as terrible I couldnt possibly hold you in such high esteem

The worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to and sadly, my nearest. They always get the order wrong, and never have their milkshake machine working. Four times this past week I’ve had an urge for a milkshake, and on each time they haven’t fired it up. Clearly too much hassle to clean it.

The lad called cam is rude very rude obviously mangers attitude should be better then that spoken to me like dog poo
