Lotus Chinese Takeaway - Pendle

The curry on fire beef at this restaurant is excellent once again. I rate it 10/10. It is packed with plenty of ingredients and full of flavor. I have never been disappointed with any of their food. The delivery service is also great.

I ordered a special fried rice with curry sauce. The curry sauce was watery and bland, while the special fried rice was bland and lacking flavor, with big vegetables and oyster sauce. Overall, the meal was disappointing and tasteless. I will not be returning to this restaurant. Even the prawn crackers lacked flavor.

This restaurant is a fantastic option for vegetarians, with delicious food and excellent customer service. The crispy seaweed (just make sure to request no fish topping if you are vegetarian) and tofu dishes are particularly exceptional.

Ordered from Lotus,as my usual Chinese takeaway China Garden was closed on Tuesday. Duck in pineapple with noodles..not a terrific amount of duck,hard carrot slices Not terribly impressed,3/5

The salt and pepper chips were just about cooked soggy with a couple of peppers and onions in the bottom of the box no seasoning, special fried rice was swimming in sauce well watery when it should be a dry dish, the salt and pepper wings and ribs tasted of nothing were exceptionally dry and lacking in meat and flavour! Also very overpriced. Only half decent thing about the full £50 order was the spring rolls. Worst chinese I’ve ever had
