Burger King - Pembroke

I walked into the restaurant and it was pure chaos. Everyone was scrambling, someone frustratingly screamed in the back, things were dropped and I think I got a cup full of pure syrup. I also got an extra burger. Either someone knew I wasn't going to get a good drink or they're just that oblivious to what they're doing. Thank goodness kitchen staff can prepare decent quality food. Front of house needs some work. Thanks for the extra burger but I'm very sad about my drink. It was the worst thing I've ever recieved as a customer. It left a bad impression as a walk in guest. I won't go back, I don't know how long for, it was a bad experience.

I like the food but this location is old and dirty. There wasn't a single clean table the last time we were there and it was dead quiet.

Had to eat in the parking lot with about 30 seagulls and no washroom because their dine in is

Waited 25 min in drive through with one car in front of us. We got 2 chicken burgers one was raw. Returned for refund counted 9 people working, one table with 2 customers finishing up. Asked if they were busy they said yes. Floors where discussing,floor covered in receipts n fries. Honestly looked like a barnyard. Actually barnyard have less flies.

So dirty and dingy! Got warm pop and no ice, food was meh!
