Ordered testerday evening,08/05/2023 they had only just opened. I placed my order over the phone which was 2 starters 2 main, 1 rice and 1 naan and had it delivered. When it arrived there was not any rice but a bag of chips, I contacted hawali and told them that the rice was missing and they had put in a bag of chips that I did not order, I was told that I ordered a portion of chips and did not order rice which I clearly did not, no apology just blamed me, what was the point of 2 main meals, 1 Dansak and 1 Korma without the rice. The Dansak was very spicey hot without any pineapple and the Korma was bland no taste of coconut just pepper. It all went in the bin chips and all as we never eat chips, what a waste of £27, never again.

Came in late with friends, (930pm). They ordered with no issues. I ordered and was met with a completely different attitude, rude and borderline aggressive from 1 member of staff, this attitude continued while I waited and was committed on by my company. Visited many times before and never experienced this before. Will never return
