I had to tell her twice what I wanted she had a nasty attitude from me interrupting her with me trying to spend my money in the store over half the cookies were hard and dry but to top it off I was charged twice so I go in to talk to the manager on duty who is the gm 's son and low and behold he has an attitude as well told him what was going on and he swiped my card to issue a refund then tells me it will be a few days to get the refund .. problem here I have a prepaid card which you have to have a reload card to load any money on it so I know I 'll never see my 17$ again
These guys are great plus can customize anything you want. Yum
I always stop to get a cookie or two???????? and I'm never disappointed with the freshness. Now the staff is another conversation????They always act like they don't want to be bothered and I want to say just clock out and try again tomorrow, but I'm not the manager???? The area is always clean but please work on the staff's customer service skills???????? Chick fil a has some great youtube videos to assist??????????? B- due to the staffs lack luster behavior.
The old Neanderthal looking lady is very rude, and unsanitary. No customer service skills. She is too old have poor customer service.
Went in to get a few cookies and was given the wrong ones. Asked for M&M with chocolate chip and was given some that had cream between them. Also had to argue that I did not call to order a cake so I could pay.
