Worst experience. kuchen was not ready for pickup and was delayed for 3 hours. in both pick-up times there were frustrated customers in the load, whose pick-ups were delayed and the Mother's Day celebration was delayed, and the personal had no idea how to deal with this situation, as they were very disorganized with bad customer service. cake was too dry and don't taste the money. the cream was not even worth mentioning. do not recommend this cake shop. their time and their money is not worth.
