Garrett's Place - Houghton Lake

Always an excellent meal. The last time we were there service was fast and efficient. As Veteran Service Industry Staff, We are the toughest customers. Fish n chips was bomb, sweet potato perfect, salad cold and crisp with “good ranch”. Now back, for this killerland fried steak n eggs! Also the best around!

The best restaurant in town! My family and I visited after I recently got a cottage in the area and found a place to eat something and came over this jewel. Amazing food with great portions, friendly staff and a cozy atmosphere. Very recommended.

Absolutely wonderful experience. Tracy was an amazing waitress. I HIGHLY recommend the seafood plate. Enough for lunch and rests for dinner later. Sooo delicious!

Fantastic food at great prices. Their chicken Chimichangas are phenomenal. They put hollandaise on the top, its amazing. Jennifer did a great job waiting on us. Attentive and helpful.

Went here for dinner and the food was so good and the staff were so friendly and fast. Had the butterfly shrimp dinner which was really good and my husband had the seafood platter...had to get to go box. Will visit again next time we are in the area!
