Prince Llewelyn - Gwynedd

We called in here today for lunch and sat in the room to the right of the bar which was cosy we ordered our drinks and food staff very friendly but then our Roast beef arrived the beef was like shoe leather the carrots weren't even cooked the parsnips and Roast potatoes were anaemic the food was hot but not enjoyable! Maybe the chef should sit down and eat this and hopefully improve fortunately my 2 frenchies ate all the meat .

Came here several times and enjoyed the vegan Sunday roast. The only thing I’d like to see would be more variety of ciders on tap!

I visited Prince Llewelyn Hotel with friends from Hong Kong after a lovely walk in the local countryside. Ordered two Pizzas, chips and drinks. But very quickly realised that the 'Meat feast ' actually had the guts of the chicken and other foul tasting meat on it. It was impossible to chew the meat, and when I spitted it out and saw what I had been eating, I was horrified! I can only assume they had used tinned dog meat. I kept the examples for the hygiene and food standards people. Avoid this place! unless you are a dog.

Charged £9.50 for a veggie pizza that was half the size of a Pizza Hut pizza. It was a cheese and tomato pizza that was cold and had some raw sweet corn, red onions, peppers and mushrooms lying on top, like a rather sad undressed salad. It was the worst pizza I've ever had, and I've had some terrible pizzas!

Lovely décor, friendly staff, and really nice, fresh food. We had the fish goujon sandwich and the pizza with salad and chips and everything was delicious. Good range of soft drinks and beers, and posh dog treats and meals. Spot-on. 5*.
