Bidrage med feedbackWhile spending time in North Wales, I booked a last-minute reservation at this restaurant. The head chef, Paul, was very kind and accommodating, and Rupert, the head waiter, along with his great team, provided excellent service. The food was exceptional, and despite being dressed casually in jeans and trainers, I was made to feel very welcome. I dined alone and opted for the 10-course tasting menu, which kept me engaged for four hours. Overall, it was a thoroughly enjoyable experience, and I will definitely return in the future.
I cannot speak highly enough of Sheeps and Leeks. The 10-course menu was absolutely amazing. Each dish was like a piece of art and paired perfectly with wine. Do not let the location deter you, as the experience is simply incredible. We are eagerly looking forward to going back.
We had an amazing night with delicious food, fantastic wine, and a one-of-a-kind experience. The waitstaff was well-informed and skilled at their jobs. The Sommelier was exceptional in his role, and his wine pairings were top-notch.
Food was amazing, service was very nice too, you could tell the staff were very keen and happy to be there. Only reason for 4 stars was the fact that it was so cold down there! We both wore our outdoor coats for most of the meal and were still freezing!
Fine dining in a relaxed and intimate space. Set taster menu of 7 courses. Each was art on the plate. Local ingredients cooked my a master. Sublime. Book. Then book again one a quarter as the menu changes with the season.
