Jive Cafe - Cooperstown

Their Reuben egg sandwich is one of the single greatest things I have ever eaten!!! Incredibly consistent, fast and friendly service, excellent prices... this is the spot to go.

I’ll admit I haven’t been to this place in about a year due to moving out of state, but this cafe was my absolute favorite place in the Cooperstown/Hartwick area. Their service was always much quicker than other cafes in the area and the staff were always friendly. The food and drinks are reasonably priced and they have amazing coffee! Please give them a try! Vegetarian options: While there isn’t a whole lot of vegetarian options on their menu, they do a great job at accommodating vegetarians by substituting meats for extra veggies.

I've stopped in a few times while in town and every time was better than the last food was amazing and the service was outstanding and with a smile. The owner even came out to make sure everything was good. Can't wait to come back to Cooperstown.

Traveling from the Midwest, we stopped at numerous cafes heading east. The hot mocha was the best I’ve had-great balance of chocolate coffee! The thin and crispy pancakes were fluffy delicious. The bacon eggs were very tasty. Can’t wait to return.

Truly a great place for food , service and value. Locals gather along with visitors to share information and stories of travel . Jimmy is there to make things right for all and will fix food on request for special needs. Fresh food, hot coffee , tea, and cappuccino. A place to enjoy. Vegetarian options: Prepared on request. Kid-friendliness: Kids welcome, chess board on site. Parking: Lots, as theres a food store availability, as well as sprits. Wheelchair accessibility: No stairs, large bathroom . Dietary restrictions: Food prepared on request, as needed.
