Greg's Bbq - Belen

The food was cold and didn't taste good. This was the second time! We decided to give this place a second chance after Restaurant Impossible and it was a bust. The meatloaf was served cold. Never has that ever happened to me at any restaurant. The only positive was the clean environment and the friendly waiter we had. Our waiter did end up warming up the meatloaf for us but even after that it didn't sit well. $18 for each meatloaf sandwich!

I love all the delicious food. My favorite is the chicken strip plate with the fresh green beans and fresh, handcut French fries. Last night,, I had their specially breaded chicken. Fried Steak. So so yummy!

First off the inside is very vibrant and the decor makes it worth waiting for the food. Everything is fresh and delicious. Got the chopped brisket sandwich with that sauce (can't remember the name), but man it's hard to not be covered in it lol. Definitely coming back and shout out to Greg for doing your thing and giving us southern hospitality! I can't wait to try everything else on the menu!

My husband's hamburger was not cooked all the way he asked for a well done and it came pink. The potato salad the potatoes weren't cooked all the way and no flavor. And the barbecue sauce had. no flavor. If I'm going to have barbecue sauce I want to be able to taste it.

Excellent food and great service. Ribs on Fridays are worth waiting for. The pulled pork sandwich is my every day favorite. Tender with a delicious smokiness, topped with Greg's magic sauce and coleslaw. It's fantastic!
