Cold Stone Creamery - Los Lunas

Last night, my mom and I decided to stop for ice cream as a treat for my birthday weekend. I have fond memories of this place from my childhood, but because of teenage workers not knowing how to explain the procedures and do their job properly, I was left with a below-average customer experience.I asked for two flavors, one was Birthday Cake Remix , the other was Mint Mint Chocolate Chip . I did not get all the ice cream I wanted and I left unsatisfied with my experience. This store needs workers that are better trained in how to deal with customer service.As for why I didn 't get both flavors, the girls couldn 't explain why I was restricted to only one signature flavor and ended up choosing strawberry as my #2 option. My mom and I were frustrated with the ordering procedure, and I could tell the couple in line behind us were not happy with the way they were being treated either.

This restaurant is absolutely charming and has the best ice cream. The staff is great with kids, treating them kindly and interacting with them.

I don't understand why this place is so highly praised when they don't include pecans in their butter pecan ice cream or pistachios in their pistachio ice cream. Do you have to pay extra for that?

Soo good, ? we love this ice cream. The employees are always pleasant.

The ice cream at this restaurant is delicious, but the prices are a bit steep for my liking. I would only consider returning if someone else is covering the bill. I playfully call this spot "Cold Stone Robbery" because of the cost.
