This restaurant is overall one of the best!!! Staff make you feel so welcome! We went 30 minutes before they closed we didn’t know they closed so early but everyone was fantastic! Food tasted homemade and they have by far the best carne adovada I have ever had!! This place is a must!! Everything was so good!!

To celebrate being a new resident of New Mexico, took my wife and sister out for breakfast and I couldn't be more pleased with our selection of AJ's Restaurant. I had the Carne Adovada with eggs, potatoes and toast and everything was delicious. I will be coming here regularly!
