Rufo’s Grill - ZIHUATANEJO

This is our favorite restaurant in zihua. rufo treats all as they are family and each dish is prepared with love and care, and last night was no different. rodger had bbq ribs perfectly cooked with a delicious homemade sauce. I had freshly grilled otopus and it was so delicate that I cut it with my fork. to finish our meal, we enjoyed fresh mango sorbet. Live music, delicious fresh dishes and a welcoming owner bring them back again and again.

Lately in all mexiko and a few weeks in zihua hard to believe that the rave reviews. was last night in restaurant maderas. tables on the beach. 5 stars eating service. better prices tonight rufu had big lkws, passing by restaurant. before the music loud radio starts...rock bbq fish in comparison to lunch today at bandidos cheaper away better. rufu mushy. fish veggies bland way too many great places near had lunch at rufus a few days ago was great. Live music. 1/3 cost better food

Eat good every time. my wife says the arrashera (SP.?)steak was the best she had. the owner gets his gitarre to play with the musicians. very good in santana.

If you want acceptable food eaten accompanied by a second rate musician who strummed to a tape eat at Rufos. It is ideal for tour parties who don't appreciate food but there is really nothing to recommend eating here other than it is relatively hygienic....Totally over priced food.
