Jimmy Johns - Yorkville

I saw your commercial yesterday and I saw ORDER from you! My mouth sown! I ordered the “Gargantuan” and could not be happier! I am Italian and was happy to see the combination of meat included in this sandwich. It's so delicious! I will come back again, forget the other “lowers”, you have a winner there! Thank you.

Went to save 8:00 and the staff was super cool and friendly. I helped me choose what to order and the sandwich was delicious. Service was fast and the store looked really clean. If you don't like yorkvillle jimmy johns subs your insane.

Freaky Fast Sandwiches are always fresh! So far our orders have always been right, which is great because we have taken things from some sandwiches and add-ons on others. Friendly staff who seem upset that you come or have a special order!!! This actually means a lot because as many places as you "do not make them come through!!! This place is a very consistent place! You seem to have a great staff and management, as far as I can say. No complaints, besides being outside the delivery area, but they can 't deliver anywhere they't Freaky Fast if they did it!!!

Yorkville Jimmy John: I messed up yesterday. I thought my wife had ordered a normal sandwich for our son together with her and me. We always get a pimple or two. At the reception of our order I noticed only 2 sandwiches in the bag and two smaller roll-up packages that I was supposed to pickles. I called back and said they hadn't delivered any of our sandwiches. She apologized and asked no questions, delivered another sandwich. We needed a while to open everything when it was a lazy day and children came and got some food here and there. My wife didn't want her, so we put her in the fridge. About half an hour goes by and I decide that I want one of the pickles to open the wrapper and a tiny sandwich in it. Apparently my wife had ordered our son a mini sandwich, or whatever it is (I've never seen one before) and it wasn't a pimp. I immediately called Jimmy John's back to apologise and pay for the extra sandwich she delivered to whom they replied, thank you for calling honest and back, but it's on the house. I insisted that I paid for it because I did not try to get a free sandwich, and they were very grateful for my recall, but did not assure me to worry. It's on the house. I will order them for the duration of this quarantine. This is exceptional customer service!
