Bidrage med feedbackI opened the open table and started to search. the hardware showed up, the bourbon caught my attention. So I booked for 8. the gps were inaccurate as we were about 15 minutes too late. we come and the kitchen is closed. I was a bit devastated, but after the statement of the manager it was our jubilee, he gave it to the chef and can they believe that they decided to serve us. I was now ecstatic to experience this unexplored shady. After we sit on an experienced waiter named chad, we have briefly in the menu. it wasn't long before she left on the brisket, and I decided to give the wagyu flat iron one away. and yes, we ordered our escape first. hunger makes you strange things. even though we order an appetizer and drinks, the salmon stare for appetizers I tried the brown maultier and she gave the moscato d’asti a try. the drinks can initially be obvious and as a lot of a maule this was by far the most peculiar tasty I have met and I have tried over a full throughout the country, and fortunately none of them compare. my wife enjoyed the d’asti. it was sweet not overlaid, but has celebrity undertones that highlight the taste, the subtle linguers on the palette. our first impression made us confuse as we never met this place. the ambiente was intimate, but cozy, but if they were to take a gander, they would notice the conversion of nature. a stone that was sat by the bar is bred by a glass case. the tartaric acid came up with a dazzling presentation, as the plating was an art work itself. it was served with gluten-free crackers. the ingredients made the perfect hold together, the wasabi mayo brought the mango and the avocado and salmon in harmonie. our food came. the brisket served with some of the most benevolent kartoffels of all time. the brisket smoky and tender with a sauce that was not over camp or too much. the wagyu flat iron was from color the best steak I had. the experience was great. we have to go back!
The environment was too loud. the restaurant must separate tables and acoustic changes to minimize the noise.
Sitting is very tight now. the table was under a bubble loudspeaker and only inchs from the couple next to us.
After working in food service, it is easy to recognize well-run and “different” approaches for restaurants. hardware is one of the, and touched every preference I have. incredible food, massive bourbon options, fresh food and environmental aspects . top 3 in my book.
Always impressed with the unique tastes at this restaurant! The atmosphere is fun lively. One of my favorite places!
