Dairy Queen Grill Chill - Yorkville

Next time I go to McDonald’s and get a so-called Sunday for a fraction of the price, and when I walked in the girl at the counter, was saying she hated working at fast food places that should’ve been my first time to leave . Never again!

We made our last visit to this Dairy Queen. I about choked when the total was $70. I looked at the receipt and saw they charged me $3.09 for a Large ice water… an ice water. The final straw was watching the kid who ran the register wipe his nose with his hand and then wipe it on the side of his jeans. He then proceeded to put the food in the bag. YUCK!!!

Person who took my order was great, ice cream was fine, it’s 8:35pm on 8/27/23, a girl in there was being just AUFUL to her coworkers, a small mistake had apparently occurred and all she could do was (literally) SHOUT at them and talk about how “she wasn’t going to get the blame” she was using profanities with customers in the building and everything.Everybody has a bad night I get it, but treat your coworkers with dignity and respect lady.

Went here and ordered the smoores blizzard. I was 3rd in line and when it was my turn at the window I paid cash $20 and exact change) the cashier doesn't hand me my change until I asked. The blizzard was pretty much already melting by the time it was in my hands and was half @s.edmade and no gramcrackers at all in it. The dairy queens in aurora and oswego are 100 Times better.
