Alamo Drafthouse Cinema - Yonkers

I'm not typically someone who goes to the movies often, but the fact that this theater has a vegan menu that is delicious makes me want to go more often.

I tried the buffalo cauliflower bites with vegan dressing and they were delicious! The portion size was generous. For dessert, I had a vegan brownie with raspberry sorbet and black coffee ice cream. The brownie was the best I've ever had! I would definitely come back for it. The coffee is from a coffee lab called Röstern in Tarrytown, and it was a strong and flavorful roast that I loved. My son and I also shared chips and salsa, which were a good portion size. There are other vegan options on the menu that I look forward to trying next time. The seating was beautiful and comfortable. The staff was fantastic, striking the perfect balance between being attentive but not intrusive. This will definitely be a regular spot for me.

The brownie was by far my fave vegan brownie yet!!! I would go back just for that! The coffee is from coffee lab roasters in Tarrytown and I love it, as it is a robust and bold, flavorful roast. My son and I split the chips and salsa. Again a good portion size. There were other options for vegan fair, which I will definitely try next time. The seats are nice and comfy. The staff was awesome, not disruptive yet attentive which is a really hard balance in this type of venue. This will be a regular place for me.
