A very cute place right opposite the civic centre in the heart of Auckland. I love the planter with the onion soup recipe. Absolutely jam-packed on a Friday morning! <br/ Since it’s rated so highly for coffee, I ordered a flat white. It is LITERALLY the best I’ve had in Auckland. Without a doubt- a strong recommend!<br/
Came here for a light brunch with a friend, it’s a little hidden gem, with lovely food and a unique store! There’s a large array of board games to play, and the place seems very home-y.<br/ <br/ Didn’t get to try the coffee, but the bagels here are really good! Highly recommend the chicken and cranberry with Brie bagel!
One of the most cosiest cafes in the heart of the CBD.<br/ <br/ Staff service is the most friendly and welcoming. The decor of the cafe is filled with lots of art and preloved furniture along with shelves of books and board games. Lighting is warm and dim with few small tables and a larger communial table. <br/ <br/ The cafe has an extensive coffee/non coffee/tea menu and a wide range of food options. The matcha latte comes with the option to be made with almond or coconut milk. I recommend to have it with coconut milk as the creaminess and fragrant of coconut really adds another dimension to the light matcha fragrance.
Delicious food. It was really busy but the food still came out really quickly. Great atmosphere, lots of games and books for people to use. Wifi password didn’t work, but I didn’t want to bother busy staff about it. Food was delicious and I wish I’d gone back
