Playoffs Ii - Winfield

I used to order from playoffs all of the time. never ever had a bad experience. everyone was super nice and my order was always correct and good. i always get the buffalo chicken wrap with no tomato or onions, tater tots, and 2 cups of ranch. tonight i ordered the same thing i always do. first off i got 2 buffalo chicken strips on 2 pieces of bread. a handful of tater tots and no ranch. the lady on the phone was in a rush and was kinda snobby. it truly sucks that this happened since i truly loved there food and service. but i will not be returning. i worked all day and just wanted a good dinner. hope no one else gets the complete wrong order.

We 've been calling the place Ripoffs for years. Generally I only stop here when I have really bad gas, or I need to leave a pile of yesterday 's dinner. Looks like a areal view of a train wreck.

Spent an hour and half in there without a single person asking if I wanted food or offering to refill my drink. Always have to approach the bar if you want anything, and even then the bartender is more interested in talking then serving people. Food is great. Service is garbage.

Love this place! Monday night steak dinner special was amazing! Real food and fast! Dave, the bartender was super fun, and the whole bar atmosphere was welcoming and laid back. Will definitely be back!
