Domino's Pizza - Williamsburg

I order ordered and exlg square cute pepperoni bacon pizza I got a plan cheese pizza got my cinnamon bread which is amazing tried to call them back no one would answer the phone so this might be my last time ordering from them

Sitting in front of the shop and just ordered online. I am impressed by how provisional the workers are. Workers came out of business and asked if I helped, I explained the situation. Every delivery driver who came back to the store asked if I had helped. I was very impressed by the fact that they know that they pay attention to the parking lot. A worker from inside came out, I told him I just ordered online and asked him to confirm my order, he played me a thumb high, very impressed.

As a person who has worked in the past at this point, I can tell you that this place has gone downhill. Almost every time I order the last 10 o'clock, they simply cancel my order without giving a call and not even answering the phone so I can see where my order is. If you are too busy to delete the point you need, please contact your online service or put more staff

I live with in walking distance from this situation, so I use it quite often. At least two times a month for the last few years. Can't beat the deals. The workers there always seem pretty happy. I think I might have had 3 mistakes (missing something or wrong topping) happen in total like 100 times I? ve was so that? Total 5/5. Will keep ordering from this until I'm gone.

First off I understand our world is crazy right now but it?s not that hard to answer a phone nicely and be polite to a customer. I called because I placed an online order and 30 mins had passed and still no update of my pizza or my pizza being delivered. I called the store and whoever picked up was very rude didn?t say hello straight away goes we aren?t taking anymore orders. So I was like well I just placed an order online is that still coming the lady said no and claims to have called my number which in fact she did not because I did not get any call or a voicemail stating they had no one in the store to make my pizza. If no one is there then maybe you shouldn?t be open that?s ridiculous.
