Fiesta Mariachi - Wichita Falls

This place was GREAT! It was the first outing my husband and I had been on since the pandemic started. We had no idea what to expect. The wait staff was great and very attentive to detail. They were quick to clean things and kept tables separated. They tried their best to keep cross contamination to a minimum. Besides their attention to cleanliness, the food was awesome. They have a variety of shrimp dishes to try. I also got their mocajete, Y'all!!!! It was AWESOME! loved the sauce! The salsa was good. The rice and beans were pretty good. I would definitely dine here, again.

Food was tasty, the service was a little off putting and our server seemed distracted, it took several attempts at myself and my spouse getting our servers attention so that we could order drinks and food. Once we did the food came fairly quick, it was delivered by a different server but it was hot and our order was correct. The portions were large for lunch size. Plenty of left overs. Chips and salad are served while you wait for food, the salsa is slightly spicy. I might recommend a mild option as a choice as most kids don?t do spicy but love chips and dip. The atmosphere was vibrant and fun, the interior was clean and spacious. There is a full service bar area as well as a large separate area for parties off to one side. Overall this was a nice place for lunch/ dinner. It?s family friendly and offered a variety of meats and seafood, taco, burritos ect. dishes served with rice and beans, this is more of a Tex-mex style menu but has some authentic dishes as well. The menu also includes drinks,Desserts and a decent variety of kids friendly meals.

Our server was amazing! That's the only good thing about it... Bar drinks took forever to be made and were so strong my wife couldn't even drink hers. Food was barely warm. I understand being busy but tonight be they missed the mark. Need another bartender on busy nights and possibly someone to expedite food coming out kitchen.

This place was a great choice. Their service was extremely prompt. From order to table it was 5 minutes for a full plate of fajitas. The portion size is huge for the price. I had leftovers. I never have leftovers. However, the thing that made it 4 stars and not 5 was the lack of seasoning and flavor on the fajita meat. It lacked anything it seemed like. So it was just grilled chicken and steak without any oomph. If they were able to add in a little more seasoning it would have stolen my heart. Also. The flan is excellent!

Worst service ever!!! Was sitting down waiting to be helped for 15 mins, no drinks were offered or anything! Asked one of the guys that cleans the tables if we were going to be helped and he went and asked around to see who our waitress was. The girl he asked said no one was doing our table and then he had to go to a group of them that were just hanging out at the bar to come help us. Truly disappointed since we had been here a couple of times
