I stumbled across Pete 's I have a Bean not because I was looking for a new coffee bean, but because I was interested in backing a business that is helping people. And to my surprise I fell head over heals in love with his business, the beans and his employees. He also offers a coffee newsletter. He is so versed and I am learning so much about proper brewing techniques.

Costa Rica Las Lajas Micromill, Black Honey is my new absolute favorite coffee. The taste is so smooth I have trouble stopping at just two cups.

I freaking love this company. The coffee is amazing, supporting a great cause is even better! The newsletter has tons of helpful information about coffee and proper brewing techniques and I've always gotten a friendly, helpful reply from Pete when I ask a question there. But seriously, the coffee. Fresh, fast, smooth and full of flavor. You'll never want to go back to stale store bought beans. It's worth the price especially when, as I said, you're supporting a great cause and a wonderful business with ethical practices. Couldn't recommend them more!

Best tasting coffee!! It’s always so fresh and delicious. The people who work there have a true passion for coffee roasting. They are knowledgeable and helpful too. They even provide a super convenient curbside pickup for a mom with babies in the car!
