Cantigny's Fare Ways - Wheaton

Very nice, as in a family restaurant where the family is involved and well what they do. good food, service was attentive and it is relaxing to have a meal after the garden tour.

Not a prettier spot for a fun lunch with friends and family! The scenery is beautiful, service great, and food is good!

The food is fresh and the staff are very friendly. I recommend the tomato bisque with a grilled cheese sandwich. Prices are very reasonable. The tortilla chips and salsa are surprisingly good, and the salsa is tangy without being too spicy. They have a good kid's menu. My family would definitely eat here again. My only complaint was the iced tea- I'm from the South, and whatever it was that I was served, it sure wasn't iced tea! Stick with sodas or something from the bar

Before the main event, we enjoyed some appetizers and drinks at the restaurant. The staff was excellent and there were plenty of TVs for those who wanted to catch some sports action.

After visiting the Cantigny gardens and taking a tour of the McCormick mansion on a hot day, we decided to stop here for lunch because the menu looked so appealing. I enjoyed a delicious chicken salad on a croissant, and the service was quick and helpful. We ordered sandwiches and desserts that were not only tasty, but also affordable. The service was outstanding, making it the perfect way to end a perfect day. I would highly recommend this restaurant for families.
