Arrowhead and Bar - Wheaton

Our fish and chips dinner and shrimp basket arrived in less than 2 minutes after ordering, leading me to conclude that they were likely pre-cooked and reheated in an air fryer. Unfortunately, both meals lacked flavor.

Overall good experience. MahiTaco and fish fry portions were substantial, while fried shrimp and shrimp po boy seemed short. Shrimp po boy maybe 4 shrimp at most, sandwich was dry and lacked seasoning. Mahi Taco was very good. Service was attentive.

Had a great time at Arrowhead meeting up with 2 longtime friends!! The bar area ambience was great with the multiple spots events on the screens and the service provided by Katie was amazing!! She really took care of our party!! I had the Mini Smash Burgers with were prepared perfectly and had the Pork Bao Buns as the appetizer. Great food and fun had by all!!

Always a nice experience dining at this local favorite. The food and service is outstanding!

I met a friend for lunch on a cool clear Monday. There were very few people there. I arrived first and was greeted by a friendly hostess who seated me with a nice view and considered the angle of the sun for my comforter. Our server was quick to arrive, introduced herself, told us the daily special and was very attentive and friendly. We both opted for the 1/2 price burger with fresh made chips. The meal was good, however, I must note that both the chips and burger were a bit overcooked. We received drink refills and I ordered wings to go. The server forgot the wings order but then remembered as she was offering dessert. No harm we had time and continued our visit. When asked about the check I indicated it should be one check but when delivered it was split. Again, not a big deal the server simply put them together and I paid. The wings arrived but were not packaged for carry-out. The server was quick to apologize and packaged them up. All in all given we were in a relaxed non hurried state we found the little issues to be non-issues and had an enjoyable lunch but if one was in a hurry and particular this would have been problematic. Therefore, overall I give this experience 4 stars with potential to easily improve to 5.
