Donatos Pizza - Westerville

We bought pizza? it was tasty and good bake so delicious..which they choose, I also believe delivery and order on windows or by phone.

I ordered dinner tonight and unfortunately, the order was incorrect. I called the restaurant and the manager who answered the phone promptly apologized. He personally delivered the correct salad to our home. This kind of customer service is rare, especially in challenging times like these. The restaurant and manager are excellent. Thank you!

I ordered double pepperoni and double sausage and at first it wasn’t correct. I called them and they were very nice and extremely apologetic. I really appreciate them not giving me a hard time and they corrected it and have a new one for free! Staff is always really nice and delivery driver was very sweet.

Great location, great staff, great pizza. Drive thru is super helpful when you have kids with you

The pizza at this restaurant is never good. They always burn the crust, even if you don't ask them to. However, the subs are very good. There is a place in Westerville that has better pizza.
