Very slow to serve, the coffee almost always comes out cold... well everything else
Look at your receipt what you arecharged .We went today placed an order. As soon as order was placed I noticed they overcharged us and asked them to undo incorrect charges already charged to the card . The other attendant also said the same. Basically: They tell us there’s no management there’s nothing they can do about it . I told them they needed to call management to tell them how to fix it . I ask them to void the ticket . And put the Charges through correctly as to what we ordered . 2 Cuban cafe con leches , one stuffed potato two Cuban bread toast came out to over $32 plus incorrect charges included or added things we did not buy . This also Included it a tip we did not agree to and was not given an option. This is for a self serve no service . It ended up that at our persistent request to get a hold of management. Whoever they called on the phone seemed to also not know how to void their error on the ticket the attendant refunded us in cash the charges for things we did not buy we got charged for on the card . But told us the tip that they included they could not credit . $4 plus they basically for a tip not agreed on.It seems they have 2 Attendants who just came to this country . Who don’t speak English they don’t conveniently know how to operate a cash register but do conveniently know how to charge you for things you did not buy tell you to your face they don’t have management to undo their overcharged ticket . Even in Spanish they play stupid make errors in their favor plus a tip they did not earn includedIt’s no wonder even on their receipt it shows in small print they give you a credit for cash purchasesIt is shameful to say the least how this business operates ?
This is a place that should be polished a little since I have seen many arguments between the assistants and the customers, there is the shouting of the assistants when they get angry, in the kitchen there is always a long delay of waiting up to 30 minutes for an order, I think that the owners should bring them all together because there are many difficulties, and especially the employees who have been in the establishment for a short time and in Cuba bringing the customs of Cuba as gossip, I advise them to review the problems of delays in the kitchens, and the Uber orders that leave it last, which have to cancel orders due to extremely excessive time.
We have been regular customers at this locations for almost two years. During all this time we visit the bakery around 2 to 4 days per week since our office is very close to it. We have to say that he has always had a very pleasant experience. All the girls at this locations are very friendly and professionals and always ready to offer you the best experience while you order and enjoy your pastelitos and cafe con leche. They is one girl in particular that get my orders most of the time, Ailen. She has been such a great addition to this Pinecrest bakery location. Always ready to help, always with a smile amd always very sweet. Like she said to me once: if I’m going to do this job I have to enjoy it and I have to offer the best to customers. I always remember that everyday. Thanks for making our morning and days sweeter.
