Bidrage med feedbackI paid $49 for one cachapa with cheese and one with cheese and Picaňa. I picked up the Picaňa and found it to be chopped into small pieces that a child could eat easily. The plain cachapa was unimpressive. The service for take out was average. The food was decent. The atmosphere was just okay.
I really won't go again THE PRICES ARE AN EXAGGERATION, the cachapas seem like a small host, they charge you a tip included in what you order, without being notified then they put the options back on you 18% 20% 22% additional, pay $32 For a cachapa with meat and 2 malts, the cachapa looked like a toy! Today I went to another place I ordered the same thing, the cachapA had a good size, they did not deny the protein and I paid $19 tip but with the difference that the attention was at the table and constant which is a pleasure to pay for good service!! DON'T WASTE TIME OR MONEY GOING!
What a complete and pleasant place to go every weekend with the family, in all aspects thank you for your attention Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
We decided to try this restaurant based on the Google reviews, but quickly realized that they were likely fake. We were left waiting outside by a young woman who didn't even ask if we were ready to order. To top it off, they added a 15% tip to our bill without informing us beforehand. Despite this, we still left an 18% tip, making our meal cost an extra 36%. The table we were seated at was dirty, and when we asked for it to be cleaned, the young woman only cleared the trash, leaving behind food remnants from previous customers. The customer service was terrible, with a rude attitude and no clear system for assigning tables. We had to compete with other customers for seating. The arepas had overcooked meat (picaña) and minimal toppings of cheese and tomato. Overall, our experience was unpleasant, and I would not recommend this place to anyone, especially if you're dining with family or a partner. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
The service was horrible. Nobody greeted us, we had to order at the counter and watch to get the tables when people left. They charge a mandatory 15% tip without notifying. The table we got was never cleaned. The cachapa was overpriced and not good at all. The arepas had way overcooked meat and just a splash of cheese. Over priced, horrible service and the food is not goo. I would not recommend or come back.
