Sonic Drive-in - West Hattiesburg

We have been consistently disappointed with the desserts at this Sonic. I’ve tried numerous times. I used to LOVE the Oreo Blasts, but the past three times I’ve gone they hardly put any Oreos in it. Last night was the last straw. We ordered shakes. They were all like drinking flavored milk. I’ve never had such a thin milkshake before. Definitely wasn’t worth the time or calories.

I was charged for someone else's order and they want refund me my money. Will not do business with this sonic anymore

Long, lost wait for an online order. The food was cold. Thanks to Linda for approaching and asking if I was helped. Common curiosity and excellent customer service!

If I could've given no stars, I would. I sat at #19 for 20 minutes, no one answered. It was 6 cars and I drove off because it was 1 car left and no one would even take my simple order. I went to the qindow and again, nothing. Close this Sonic down and replace with workers that want to work. Ridiculous

The employees were super nice and helpful! When they were out of a certain ingredient, one of the employees did not hesitate to offer alternatives and was very kind the entire time!! The food was also fresh and hot.The best experience I’ve ever had at a Sonic
