Donut Diner - Welland

On my first visit to this restaurant, the service was slow. I was understanding at first because there was a woman working as the front of house staff, but when she left halfway through taking our order to attend to other tasks, we found it to be rude. My sunny side up eggs still had membrane from the raw and the bacon was overcooked. The overall presentation of the meal was chaotic. The only reason I am giving it 2 stars is because the toast was decent, although if that had been messed up as well, it would have been unacceptable.

What an excellent place to dinate. weather it is lunch or breakfast you will find eating exceptional. I try to dinate there about once a week and usually to the breakfast. and if I have lunch, it is in the hot hamburg with whirl rings or the chicken fingers with fries and gravy. I wish they were open longer than 3 o'clock.

I received the incorrect order from Doordash. I have placed 12 orders in the past two weeks and was unable to receive any compensation from either the delivery service or the restaurant for the mistake. While all previous orders were fantastic, this one was a letdown. I hope to receive some form of compensation to make up for the inconvenience.

I have been to Donut Diner multiple times and I usually get takeout to enjoy at home. The breakfast is always consistently delicious and I love it. I have tried ordering from other breakfast places before and sometimes their food can be hit or miss. However, I have never been disappointed by Donut Diner and would highly recommend it to everyone. Great breakfast at a reasonable price!
