Moe's Southwest Grill - Webster

I had placed an order online which got cancelled. I decided to go to the restaurant to pick it up instead. I explained to an employee why I was there and what I was looking for, and he said it would be ready soon.

I recently visited Moe's and was impressed by how clean the store was. The staff were very friendly, despite the busy plaza. I ordered a burrito and chose to make it a meal. Overall, I had a positive experience.

The service at this restaurant was awful. My delivery was rushed and two bowls were missing, even though I clearly ordered three as indicated on the receipt. When I called the store, the woman who answered the phone was not helpful.

The manager at webster ny moes is a bully. she always makes comments when my family comes. for example, when we were there with our 9-year-old she said when I was a child, I would be in bed this hour. it was 7:30 in the night! another time she said that some people constantly come, must be nice to have money and to roll their eyes. she also said many other things. this lady should not interact with the public at all. we eat a lot and we won't go there anymore. if I can evaluate a 0, I would.

Moe is super! they get a big part and this special location is always on point with excellent customer service amd fresh everything. many thanks, as always and, do not forget, free chips! food: 5/5
