The ice cream at this restaurant is absolutely amazing. It's just as good as Luigia's. If you're on the east side and don't want to travel all the way to the west side, Cold Stone is a great alternative.

My husband's birthday celebration was this past Sunday. We were excited to have an ice cream bar to celebrate. People came for the football game and to make Sundaes. I drove 32 minutes to get the ice cream pack. When I got home I realized that I was only given enough toppings for maybe 5 ice creams. The pack was for 20-25 people. I called the store 2 times to talk with a manager and was told they would call in an hour. Randomly my daughter had a party 4 minutes away. I went into the store to talk to the manager and was told that the manager was on vacation and that we would get a call Monday. No call. Today I got a $10 refund with no call. I spent almost $25 in toppings to make up for the mistake. It wasn't even the point of the toppings at this point. It is the lack of customer service and lies. Never again. It's to bad. The ice cream tasted good.

Received the most rudest, unprofessional, maybe even racist experience here with my son just wanted to take him to get some good ice cream the young lady slapped my love it on the counter spilling out the top and said nothing that was the end of it. So you guys dont bag customer’s orders anymore??? I asked for a bag again she just slapped it on the counter like I said the ice cream was spilling out to begin with after bagging by my self I just left because we were already waiting for nothing when we 1st walked in the first lady hurried up and left the counter if your workers dont like African Americans or dont want to work they should be fired or not hired this is unacceptable its 2023 me and my son shouldn’t have had to go through that i am sure the 2 ladies had a laugh at the way they treated us i could have just made a deal right then and there but my child shouldn’t see that or experience this

Ordered a 3 pint tub of ice cream for my birthday last week of June and had 6 toppings to choose from and had several issues with this $30+ order. A couple toppings missing, missing (2) chocolate dipped waffle bowls, and ice cream was basically melted and did not seem to have 3 apple pie toppings. Everything was minimal compared to other times. Called and spoke with a girl named Danni who sounded confused as to what they could or should do to remedy this. Said they would have to ask their manager Alan or Allen what to do and have him call me back. That didn't happen so I called back before closing and once again was told sorry he cant come to the phone now he will have to call you back. Never happened. When you pay over $30 for ice cream you expect it to be awesome and it wasn't. I even tipped 15% on a pick yo order , but that didn't matter. Its always the same story there. Barely legal teenage girls with ZERO CLUE in how to make a batch of custom ice cream (this IS what they are known for after all right? Since ai had no call back to remedy this I filed a grievance with my credit card conpany and after a week or so was denied any resolution by the merchant. Seems like Alan at Cold Stone really doesn't care whether you're a loyal customer or if you tipped or whatever. Silence is deafening. Lost a customer. Guess Ill just go to Bruster's REAL Ice Cream instead. I suggest others do the same. They actually appreciate their customers and love what they do and they do it well. Its too bad word of mouth IS A THING because ai will not ever recommend Cold Stone ever again. The saddest part is they made my birthday experience suck. I dont do much for birthday outings these days however they dont seem to care and the manager Alan could care less. Im not going to call a third time when I know Im beating a dead horse. Ill just let others know to avoid this place as it's expensive and they have clueless children working there. You would think they would be trained on how to add and mix toppings into the ice cream in the cold stone but they dont know. My good experiences there were when an adult stepped in and made the mic herself. The kids don't know how to do anything. Scared to scoop properly, scared to load toppings, don't know how to issue credits, cant get their manager to rectify anything . One day when they order their birthday ice cream and its sucks they will get mad but they wont recall the times they were serving SLOP themselves.
