Pizza Hut - Waverly

Pizza online ordering was at 5:30 a.m. at pizza picked up hat to get pizza, was not ready yet lady behind the register asked where I was parked that she would bring it to me because I had my two young grandchildren in the car 5:45 I went back and it was in the heating oven, it had been made and left not sure how long it was sitting there, but I would have come to bring it to me

Called and ordered 2 pepperoni pizzas and 2 orders from brothstocks with sauce. I have 1 pepperoni and 1 cheese pizza and no brothsticks. was said when I have the call center, they speak another language and confuse always up they told me that there is nothing they could do if the order is wrong and has run away. i will never order pizza hat important

They have comminuted my order because they have to go through a kind of central order center, not the actual ones they become. but they fixed me a new one without a problem and we are very sad for the mistake.

We ordered online and I drove 20 minutes to pick up order for lunch when I arrived there, they said they had made it. I bought a drink and sat on a table, the manager comes out 35 minutes later and asked my name and she said that they haven't even started my order yet. I was upset and can include my order. I was wasting my whole lunch. very disapointed in the waverly ohio store.

The order was first of all early, accurate, and delicious. I will 175% be back they did an amazing job!
