I hadn't been in a KFC in years and I was quite disappointed when 2 out of 3 chicken tenders were edible. Only one was actually completely tender. One was so tough that I couldn't eat it.

Disappointed in their interaction with us customer, no thank you/mad theirs an order like a inconvenience. Hands the change no receipt handed with my change. Its not offered. And then pulls us up, multiple orders, (no receipts)then with absolutely no napkins, top off this transaction a 3 piece is a 2. Bad employees will the reason I will no longer do business here

Check your chicken. Waited for our order and the chicken was raw.

Chicken sandwich is our go to! Always fresh and made the way we like! But I do love their chicken nuggets dipped in the colonels honey mustard, Yummy!

I was there 2 1/2 hours before the posted closing time. I had a coupon for an 8 piece meal with 2 large sides and 4 biscuits for $18.99. I attempt to order this and am told they have no thighs so would give me 2 extra wings , but would be same price for less product. I could wait 25 minutes for chicken or get tenders as a substitute for nearly double the cost I was planning to spend. Rip off.... I did order the tenders meal and added an individual cole slaw which I didn't even get! I did get charged $34 and change though. Apparently after 730 they stop cooking, so you should close at 8,! Do not advertise being open until 11 if you don't have the main item you serve hours before that. Horrible customer service plan! If you can't afford to chance wasting a few pieces by cooking until closing then sell out to something else. Do not waste your time thinking you can get a family meal here or even getting what you ordered and paid for.
