Puna Chocolate Company - Wauconda

Love that this little chocolate shop gem found its way to our small town. I don't go in here a lot, but it's my go to place for special gifts, especially when I'm not sure what to get someone! Who doesn't like awesome chocolate? Not only is the chocolate delicious, but their flavors are often so unique (my favorite is the ginger green apple milk chocolate). They also have delicious hot chocolate in their chocolate drinks bar. Their hours are sometimes kind of unpredictable, but I'm happy to support this local shop when I can.

Very friendly and helpful workers. I love their chocolates, turtles, and hot cocoa. They grow their own cocoa beans to make their chocolate for their homemade candies. Made in the USA. Highly recommend shopping here.

Very informative tour! Had fun picking cocoa pods and cutting them open! The sampling of chocolates was the best too
