I’m so glad this has reopened under new management (the original owner! . Amazing location that is perfect for families with kids that want to hang out. Live music, food trucks often, fire pits, and a relaxing setting on the water! and the little eats that they have available are great.

Great lobster roll and friendly staff, I'll try a Friday night when they will have a live band.

Terrible lobster roll. Overpriced. The corn on the cob was spoiled. Avoid this place.

Terrible service, byob is NOT allowed anymore. Missed opportunity for a great location.

Went to Sunset Landing for apps and drinks. Pleasantly surprised!!! The wings are really amazing and loved the Mac cheese. The menu limited but very successfully done.!!! This will be a great weekend hangout!!
