The Good Food Cafe - Waterford

Dropped in to the garden centre as it was a cold wet day and thought we might browse the palnts on offer. Delighted to find a wonderfully run cafe with lovely staff offering what can only be described as top class offerings at very reasonable prices. We opted for two coffees and two cakes (we'd already had lunch, more;s the pity as we would have loved to try some of the menu) Delicious cakes coffees freshly made if a little strong. They also have a lot of other local produce on offer. Wish we could have tried the menu which consisted of lovely looking fresh soups, a range of main dishes and warn cosy drinks accompanied by mini marshmallows. We'll be back and will be sure to let you know what the mains are like. Well done the cafe and The Blackwater Garden Centre for having such a lovely surprise waiting for customers. Oh, and almost forgot beautiful views of the countryside and the bay.
