Bianconi - Waterford

Having breakfast at this restaurant is a delightful experience. The buffet provides a wide range of options, such as organic porridge with various toppings, including whiskey and Bailey's Irish Cream. Whiskey on porridge is definitely a unique touch! The staff is very welcoming and accommodating, and the food is scrumptious. You have the option of choosing from the buffet or ordering from the menu, with the option to add on the buffet for a small fee. It's a fantastic way to kick off your day!

Was staying at the hotel so it was an easy choice to pick restaurant Bianconi and absolutely delighted with the quality of the food and excellent excellent service from the very experience wait staff

Food of excellent quality. Service prompt and efficient. Perhaps more of a choice with the vegetables at dinner would be nice. Otherwise a lovely atmosphere and very comfortable surroundings. Social distancing carried out very well.

Food was superb as always. With regards to Covid safety procedures, the hotel has absolutely got it right. Details taken on entry for tracing, tables well spaced with screens in between any adjoining booths. All staff were wearing visors. Whilst eating our meal staff could be seen sanitising not just the tables, but also chair armrests, salt and pepper containers, all door hanldles and any surface a diner could have touched were diligently cleansed on numerous occasions during the short time (105 minutes) we were in the bar. Hats off to the Granville and all the staff. We wouldn't expect anything less from ye, thank you all for such an enjoyable and most importantly safe first outing

Very extensive menu, food is of excellent quality, as one would expect from a hotel of such high quality standards.. Staff very welcoming friendly.
