Found this (dead) in my Chinese takeout after already having eaten a lot of it. Is this a maggot? Should I be worried about food poisoning?

Their wings fried hard, salt and pepper on the fries are good.

Be careful they will give you the wrong item old food from non pickup orders then become rude,Nasty food
