Bidrage med feedbackWe had simply a wonderful time the waiters that took the time with us were kind, provided valuable information and solicitous. When we were faced with choices between one dish and another, they provided information to help advance our choices. It was great.
A very cozy, lively, and wonderful place to eat by candlight. The staff were incredible and very attentive even as the dining room began to fill out. Excellent food that was surrounded by an exceptional experience.
Muz was amazing. We were celebrating our 20th anniversary and he was extra attentive and made such an effort to make our night special! His recommendations were spot on. We always enjoy the truffle bread and three way fries plus the Tomahawk and truffle mac. This time we tried the crab beignets and the hamachi appetizers and absolutely loved them. The brussel sprouts were a surprising treat try them! Drinks we loved the No FaceTime and the Stab Your Ticket were soooo good. Muz surprised us with champagne and a beautiful dessert. Everything was delicious and cooked perfectly. This is why we keep coming back. Consistently excellent food and service.
We had reservation but we had to wait 10 minutes before they sat us down. Host told us they were working on our table. We expected table to be ready when we arrived for a fine dining experience. Steak is usually amazing but this time was very disappointing. It was dry and chewy. Ordered the Miyazaki and it was better but definitely not at 4 Oz 180 this evening. I have had it few times before and it was great. I recommend you go on weekdays as my weekend experience was not satisfactory.
Bourbon Steak was a typical DC steakhouse. The food was good, not great and overpriced. We ordered a 160 steak meal and asked for horseradish on the side....they charged another 4 per tiny condiment. Valet parking, which is complementary in some places, was 30, even to dine at the restaurant. It was a nice evening but it definitely felt like nickel dime experience.
