Starbucks - Washington

The people at Starbucks especially in the morning they're very knowledgeable of their customers and they greet you individually if they know you good job

I love shopping here everything is wonderful and I mainly shop here for their meats which is always fresh and the collard greens

Stopped by to get some of my favorite items, a caramel macchiato and a slice of iced lemon poundcake (loaf). There was no line (yay) and the baristas were very friendly and helpful with placing my order. My drink was made to perfection and the poundcake tasted amazing per usual. I haven’t ordered the poundcake in awhile so I just noticed that it now comes individually wrapped, which I think is great.

The service at this restaurant is terrible; the staff is rude and never let customers know when their drink is ready. They do not pay attention to what customers have ordered, making it difficult for them to know what is what. The coffee here is also not as good as at other locations. When customers ask for a new drink because their order was messed up (even though it was a simple order), the staff gives them attitude.

I don't visit this restaurant too often, only once. The food was not to my liking and I found it to be overrated.
