Dleña Chef Table - Washington

I found out about the Chef’s Table here through an instagram reel and just knew I had to try it! The food was amazing! Everything was presented beautifully and you can tell all the ingredients were fresh. The executive chef prepared the food where we could watch which was so much fun to see and he presented each course to us! The table also had a fantastic view of the kitchen. Everything was delicious and I can’t wait to go back again! The wine pairing was spot on so I highly recommend adding that to your meal.

Wow! What an experience?! I enjoyed the Chef’s Table hosted by Chef Camacho!! The food was amazing and they made Birthday so special! The ceviche and salad were my favorites, but all of the courses were to die for! I will definitely like to have this experience again! I also loved the parting gift. Kudos Dleña! It was an amazing experience!!

Great experience we were seated by the manager and given a rundown on how everything would work and how they cook the food. We were served each course by the chef, who prepared them right in front of us and explained them as he served us. I also had the wine pairing which was excellent. Great food, great service.

Chef made everything to perfection. This restaurant is well deserving of a Michelin star. Every aspect of our dining experience was carefully orchestrated and we felt like the only patrons in a very busy and bustling restaurant. Chef is phenomenal as are the staff!! Thank you for the experience.
