Mcdonald's - Warrington

Staff spent too long chatting ignoring what they were supposed to be doing Only given part of meal Hubby went back on foot though we had been through the drive through and said part of our order was missing Got barked at 'what part ' after showing receipt she nearly threw the food at him...no apology or anything Won 't go there again

Large rats running through the bushes around the drive through, looked like they were loving it! No visible signs of sny pest control

Can’t pay at a till and talk to someone and the tables were a disgrace. Not one table was clean. What has happened to service in this country.

WARNING ALWAYS CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE YOU JUMP IN YOUR TRUCK!!! ORDER IS USUALLY WRONG/MISSING SOMETHING. And small fries are a joke...there was about 10 thin, soggy little fries in the packet. That's taking the word small to the extreme. Not worth the money at all. McDonald's has been cutting portions down for years but this place takes it to the extreme. Certainly NO COMPARISON to the pictures showing the food!!! Greggs is friendly, cheap, better food, drinks and around the corner so we have all started eating from there instead.

Well, that wasn’t worth waiting for. Sweet chilli chicken wrap with no chilli sauce and no lettuce or cucumber, mozzarella sticks with no sauce, mmmm can’t wait for breakfast!!!!!! Is it really that hard, driving a truck all day just want some food, it’s not like Lymm services has lots to offer. Would have put pictures on but 1~ Ronald McDonald would be really angry that one of his employees couldn’t be bothered making a half decent wrap 2~ I was to hungry so ate it and also my right index finger and thumb due to the lack of lettuce and cucumber.
