Latchford Kebab House - Warrington

I will never dine at this restaurant again. My wife has insisted on ordering from here for the past few years, but I have never been a fan. The beef meat is passable, but the chicken is consistently undercooked and unappetizing. Tonight, our order was once again incorrect, with missing items. The replacement meal they sent was also undercooked and had the wrong sauce. It was inedible and ended up being thrown away. We wasted our money and are still hungry.

When we finally got home, the food was inedible and disgusting. This wasn't the first time we had a bad experience with this restaurant - a previous delivery took hours to arrive and was completely wrong when we called to complain. The manager/owner was once again rude and arrogant. I strongly advise against wasting your money here. The service is rude and disrespectful, and the food quality is subpar. I am incredibly frustrated with the treatment we received and won't be returning. It wouldn't have been so bad if the food was at least decent.

I have eaten at this restaurant several times and every time the food has been excellent. The service is also great. I highly recommend trying the burgers, pizzas, and wraps - they are delicious.

Tried a kebab yesterday about 17.20 at a cost of £4.80 , the man who served me was actually just lighting the heater what sits behind the donor meat as though he was just starting to cook the donor meat , He passed on my order to another younger looking employee about a minute later my order was ready but where he got the meat from I have no idea . Anyway 5 minutes later back home I opened the plastic cover and saw what looked like old kebab meat and salad but not in the pitta bread this was on top . I took a bite and it was stone cold so it ended up in the microwave for 40 seconds , when I reached the salad the sauce mild chilli had made the salad a sickly sweet taste and the kebab meat was still inedible as though it was yesterday's kebab meat . Needless to say it ended up in the bin so this was a shocking and awful experience from this shop .
